Premier Sourced is a UK-based property sourcing company that finds, analyses, and presents off-market property deals to investors.

Who is behind Premier Sourced?

Premier Sourced is run by the Premier Property team, led by Kam Dovedi, with over 35 years’ experience in building property portfolios.

What types of deals do you source?

We focus on residential property primarily  buy-to-lets.

Are you a compliant sourcing company?

Yes — we are fully compliant with UK sourcing regulations including, ICO registration, AML compliance, and Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Do you charge investors for access to deals?

Yes — we have free registration for browsing deals but fees apply when reserving a property deal. It’s only £250 to reserve a deal

Where are you based?

Our head office is in London, but we source properties UK-wide

How do I know your deals are real?

Every deal is analysed using real data, comparables, and due diligence checks before it is published. If we wouldn’t buy it, it doesn’t go on the platform.

Do you own any of the properties you source?

No

Investor Registration & Access

Do I need to register to see deals?

Yes and no. To browse deals you just need to fill out a simple form. Once you have reserved a property, we will ask you for further details for compliance checks that are needed.

Why do you need my details?

We are legally required to collect investor details for AML and sourcing compliance.

How do I register?

Simply click “View Deals,” complete the form, and you will gain access.

Is there a fee to register?

No — registration is free.

Do you run checks on investors?

Yes — we carry out basic KYC checks and confirm proof of funds once you reserve a deal.

Can I register if I live outside the UK?

Yes — as long as you can provide UK-compliant proof of funds and ID.

Do I need to be an experienced investor?

No — we work with beginners and experienced investors alike.

Will I get all deal alerts once I register?

Yes — you will receive email notifications when new deals go live. Most are gone within 48 hours, so be quick!

Can I unregister or pause alerts?

Yes — you can unsubscribe at any time.

Deal Sourcing Process

How do you find your deals?

Through our network of agents, direct-to-vendor marketing, auctions, and off-market contacts. Our local property experts and the go-to experts in their local areas, and no deal in their local area goes past them without them knowing

How do you analyse deals?

We use a 17-point deal analysis process covering comparables, refurb costs, yield, ROI, and exit strategy.

Do you negotiate on behalf of investors?

Yes — we secure the best price possible before presenting the deal.

Do you guarantee discounts?

No guarantee, but most of our deals are below market value or offer strong returns.

Do you visit the properties?

Yes — we or our local partners conduct physical viewings for you, so you don’t have to waste your time viewing the property.

Do you check the legal title?

We carry out preliminary checks; your solicitor will complete full legal due diligence.

Do you check EPC ratings?

Yes — we include EPC details and estimated cost to improve if required.

Do you check rental demand?

Yes — we research local demand and achievable rents.

Do you provide a refurb estimate?

Yes — we include estimated costs for light, medium, and full refurbishments.

Do you provide comparables?

Yes — we use Land Registry and Rightmove/Zoopla sold prices to verify value.

Financials & Fees

How much is your sourcing fee?

Our fees are simple. Reserve a property with a refundable £250 fee. Then you just pay a 3% sourcing fee minus the reservation fee on the purchase price of a property. For example, a £100,000 property. You first pay £250 reservation fee. Then you pay the sourcing fee minus the reservation fee. So the total you have paid is £3,000.

When do I pay the sourcing fee?

We take a refundable reservation fee upfront and the full sourcing fee once you are happy with the deal.

Is the reservation fee deducted from the sourcing fee?

Yes — it is part of the total fee, not extra.

Do you take a percentage of the deal price?

No — our fee is fixed, so your savings are yours.

Do I pay you or the vendor?

You pay us for sourcing; you pay the vendor directly for the property.

Are there any hidden costs?

No — all fees are stated clearly upfront.

What if the deal falls through?

Your reservation fee is refundable and can be transfered to another deal

Do you offer payment plans?

No

Do you help with mortgages?

Yes — we can connect you with trusted mortgage brokers.

Do you help with bridging finance?

Yes — we have bridging finance partners.

Are you registered with a redress scheme?

No — we are members of the ICO.

Do you follow AML regulations?

Yes — we are fully compliant with Anti-Money Laundering regulations.

Do you have Professional Indemnity Insurance?

Do you provide reservation agreements?

Yes — you will receive a compliant deal pack including reservation agreement.

Can I use my own solicitor?

Yes — you are free to use your own solicitor. However, we would recommend you use our solicitors.

Do you have recommended solicitors?

Yes — we have a panel of investor-friendly solicitors.

Do you guarantee the deal will complete?

No — we cannot guarantee vendor circumstances, but we reduce fall-through risk with checks.

Do you handle exchange and completion?

The solicitor handles legal work, but we liaise to keep the process smooth.

Do you deal with leasehold checks?

Yes — we flag lease terms, ground rent, and service charges.

Do you check planning permission?

Yes — we do preliminary planning checks if development potential is advertised.

Do you manage refurbishments?
