Premier Sourced was founded by Kam Dovedi, one of the UK’s most respected and trusted property investors. With over 35 years of experience in investing and developing, Kam has seen every type of deal, every strategy, and every market cycle — and he uses that knowledge to help you find genuine, high-quality opportunities that actually stack up.
Kam’s journey started in one of the poorest parts of East London. Growing up, he saw how limited choices could trap people in the same cycle year after year. That experience gave him the drive to build financial freedom through property — and, today, to help others do the same.
But as Kam built his multi-million-pound portfolio, he noticed something troubling: the property sourcing industry was full of empty promises and poor practice. Too many sourcers were sending overpriced properties, copying Rightmove listings, and fudging numbers to make deals look better than they were. Many weren’t even compliant, and far too often, investors were being left in the dark after paying their fee, with no support or follow-up, watching deals fall apart.
